Mandarin-speaking senior architect
Andrea Caputo Architecture office is currently looking for a motivated and talented Mandarin-speaking senior architect to join its office in Milan.
The senior architect should have eight years experience in international projects. Work place will be in Milan. Fluent English is mandatory.
Requirements
- master degree in architecture, masterplanning, design
- strong conceptual and design talent
- at least eight years of proven professional experience in the construction stage of large-scale projects
- highly experienced in coordination with contractors and engineers including specialist trades
- continuous supervision of construction works – quality, schedule and budget
- excellent people management skills
- design and project management experience
- ability to work effectively in project team within an international environment
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Vray, Adobe Suite skills
- candidates must be registered with their respective professional boards – Chamber of Architects, Engineers
- availability to travel
- European working Visa – no need to apply if you don’t have a valid EU Visa
