Experienced Part-II/III architect
Tikari Works is looking for an experienced Part-II / Part III architect to join its growing London practice.
Tikari Works is an unconventional architecture and property development studio based near London Bridge. This unique set-up provides a platform for experimentation and tries to expand the traditional role of the architect.
Within this framework we have an immediate need for a job-running architect for an exciting new residential project. You will be given the opportunity to run the project from planning to completion with considerable hands-on site experience and construction management involvement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, strong construction knowledge and most importantly a positive ‘can-do’ attitude with a willing to take responsibility, solve problems and show leadership. Completed project and job-running experience essential.
Requirements:
- diploma or Masters in architecture
- five+ years UK work experience
- previous job running experience
- excellent technical skills with an eye for detail
- well organised with good time-management
- good knowledge of 2D and 3D software
- self-motivated and eager to learn
