Ben Smith Architecture is recruiting an architect to join its London-based team.
This is an opportunity to join our growing practice with a range of exciting projects in London and abroad.
Salary £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
Working hours 9am-6pm with one hour lunch break
25 days holiday (plus public holidays)
Minimum requirements:
- ARB registered
- English level C2 (Proficient)
- strong Vectorworks skills
- one or more years post-Part 3 experience in the UK
- thorough knowledge of JCT Contracts and administration processes
- fully conversant with the UK building regulations and planning policies
- good project running skills (proven track record) and time management
- experience in the private residential sector
- strong technical skills and the ability to deliver a project from the detailed design stages to completion
- design and presentation skills
- excellent communication skills
- client management skills and experience
