Lab Architects is looking for an architect to join its practice in London.
A practice known for their rarefied residential projects in London and beyond, Lab Architects are looking for an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Part 3 qualified architect (with a minimum of three years’ post qualification UK professional experience) to join our London studio.
The successful candidate will work as part of our friendly team on our portfolio of high-end residential and commercial projects both within the UK and internationally.
We are looking for candidates with proven UK planning and construction experience in addition to excellent site management and communication skills, strong technical knowledge and a passion for design implementation and delivery.
The ideal candidate would demonstrate the following capabilities:
- excellent design sensibility
- competent proven ability to take a project form concept design through technically proficient detailing and specification to delivery
- use MicroStation and have Adobe creative suite experience
- be able to demonstrate UK construction site experience preferably in the residential sector
- excellent written and spoken English
- the ability to work intuitively and independently and to get along in a team
This role is offered on a permanent basis, with a salary dependent on experience.
