The technical project leader will be working on high-end projects in several countries across Europe and Asia. We are seeking an individual with experience managing high-end technical projects and someone who is looking for professional and personal growth. As project leader you will be responsible for luxurious high-quality projects, from design to final handover, where every detail is significant and technical components are integrated perfectly. This requires coordinating with private clients and different suppliers to manage tight deadlines and stay within budget, in the most efficient and appropriate way.
This individual is a great hands-on and service-minded problem solver and someone who is seeking to develop their diversity of architectural expertise including; design, engineering, detailing and construction technology.
Currently, we are looking for technical project leaders in our Rotterdam and Munich offices.
What you will do:
- work in close contact with premium clients
- treat project and clients with highest care and confidentiality
- work on process management from technical development design to completion, including tendering, pricing and contracting of international contractors
- manage detailing, product selection and quality control
- manage all project-related drafting works, both internally and externally
- be responsible for international site management
control planning and budget
Your qualifications:
- passion for architecture, engineering and detailing
- degree in architecture/construction
- at least two to three years of relevant work experience
- knowledge and experience in all phases of design and construction, with an emphasis on technical drafting and detailing and cost control
- advanced knowledge of, and proven practical background in, ArchiCAD and related BIM software
- experience in operating within a team of designers, including overseeing the work of junior draughtsmen and trainees
- experience working in complex international environments
- hands-on problem solving
- flexibility and ability to travel
- fluency in English (fluency in Dutch, German, French or Mandarin is a strong asset)
- ability to start as soon as possible
