Studio C102 is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant/experienced interior designer to join its team in London.
Studio C102 is an architecture and interior design practice, based in Dalston,
east London. Shortlisted for six design awards in the last two years, we work at all scales for private and commercial clients across the leisure, retail, residential and workplace sectors.
We are looking for a job-running architectural assistant or interior designer with a minimum of two years’ experience post-qualification. The role necessitates an excellent understanding of detail design. Experience with running jobs on site would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will have a varied and meaningful role as part of a
small team. He or she will be highly engaged in running projects, gaining
valuable experience across all project stages, including:
- concept design
- planning applications
- detail design
- tender documentation
- construction/contract administration
This is a key role in a close-knit, friendly team with involvement in all aspects of the studio. The right candidate will have a mature approach to their responsibilities; have the ability to multi-task; prioritise their workload and meet tight deadlines when required.
Essential skills include:
- fluency in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
- strong design portfolio
- experience in technical detail design
- ability to work within a team as well as organise and run your own projects
- excellent written and spoken English
We would provide Part 3 support and a suitable case study project.
