Bradley Van Der Straeten Architects is searching for a project architect to join its team in London.
Bradley Van Der Straeten Architects is looking for an experienced, qualified project architect (with at least three years’ post-part 3 qualification experience) to join its east London practice.
You would be joining our practice at a very exciting time as we embark on delivery of some of our most unique and exciting projects to date. We specialise in one-off bespoke residential and community projects across London.
We’re seeking to recruit a talented and motivated new member to join our team of designers. You will be the central point of contact and project lead on design projects from feasibility through to practical completion and have a keen interest in interior design as well as architecture. You will have exceptional design skills, with a practical approach to delivery of projects. You will also have experience of project running at all stages, including contract administration during construction and be comfortable with working on several projects at the same time.
Skills required:
- experience running project budgets across all stages
- knowledge of JCT contract administration
- confident communicator including experience being client facing
