Holloway Li is looking for Part 2 architectural assistants to join its team in Islington, London.
We are a design consultancy with an established reputation for providing innovative architecture and interior design direction to a growing network of international clients across the retail, hospitality and private residential sectors.
What we are looking for in all prospective candidates:
- ambitious and a team player, must have good sense of humour, be personable and sociable
- excellent design skills, knowledge, and insight
- excellent visual and verbal communication
- experience through all RIBA stages, including planning and construction
- experience in handling/delivering/leading detailed drawing sets for tender and construction
- experience of commercial interior fit-out
- good work ethic and willingness to grow/learn
- experience of correspondence and contact with clients/project managers/contractors
- interest in interior architecture, product design and FF&E
- good productivity/high level of output/quick decision making
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a minimum of two years’ experience in UK professional practice – preferably including expertise in interior commercial fit-out – and capability to produce rigorous and detailed design information. You will require familiarity with the RIBA works stages. You will be expected to manage and guide all aspects of the projects you work on, showing aptitude and confidence for independent problem-solving. You will be required to have excellent time management.

- Excel

Salary
£27-£31k (in line with prior professional experience and/or design talent)
