Craft Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its studio in London.

We are a small architectural practice with big aspirations. We want to create great architecture in an inspiring environment, for clients who we enjoy working with.

We now need an enthusiastic and dedicated architectural assistant to join our team and help us manage our expanding workload.

Job description: architectural assistant

Role:

• job runner and team support
• minimum one-two years’ (post-Part 2) work experience in the UK
• be able to demonstrate a strong design awareness
• you must be fully fluent in both spoken and written English and be an excellent communicator. In addition spoken Polish would be an advantage.
• have good CAD skills (AutoCAD LT), and be able to use Photoshop and InDesign; you should be able to work accurately and in a timely nature
• you should be organised and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• you should be an all-rounder and be able to demonstrate work experience through all of the RIBA work stages
• have a good knowledge of the UK building regulations
