Mid-weight designer/draftsperson

Bryan O’Sullivan Studio has an opportunity for a mid-weight designer/draftsperson to join its team in London.
The position is open to qualified designers’ with a minimum of three years’ experience of running hospitality projects, primarily in restaurant design. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious interior designer to work on a variety of exciting hotel/restaurant projects. Bryan O’Sullivan Studio works on a combination of high-end residential and hospitality projects throughout Europe.
You will be working as part of a team on a mixed-use hospitality project including reception, restaurant, bar, café, garden area, spa, and a ballroom.
Technical competency and ability to deliver high-end projects to a specified budget and timescale is required. Knowledge of UK project procurement and building regulations is desirable.
Responsibilities include:
- delivery of integrated interior content within part of a project team to achieve an exceptionally high standard of design
- lead the development of innovative hospitality design
- produce, manage and deliver interior packages
- deliver technical detailing and preparation of tender/construction documents
- good self-motivation, the ability to meet tight deadlines
- confident in liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors
Candidates should be highly motivated, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
Must have extensive AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modelling experience.
