Lipton Plant Architects is looking for a senior architect to join its team in London.

We are looking for a talented senior project architect to join our expanding studio to deliver schemes in both the private and commercial sectors.
The successful applicant will be responsible for running projects through all RIBA work stages and should be able to provide evidence of the following attributes:
- be exceptionally creative
- proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- be well organised, enthusiastic and tenacious
- be able to produce and advise on the production of robust detailed information suitable for tender and construction
- have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, the consultant team, contractors and local authorities
- be able to lead a team, acting as lead designer, with the ability to achieve the client’s design, cost and programme objectives
- have a commercial awareness in dealing with an individual project and the wider environment of the company
- hold architect’s registration board registration and have a minimum of three years post Part 3 UK experience
- have experience in running JCT contracts
