Dezeen is seeking a recruitment resourcer to join its Dezeen Jobs team at its office in Hoxton, London.

Dezeen Jobs, the world’s most vibrant architecture and design jobs board, is looking to build an exceptional team of talented individuals to launch an exciting new recruitment service.

Reporting to our recruitment business development manager, the successful candidate will support our commercial opportunities by:

  • sourcing, screening and potentially interviewing candidates on the phone and in person
  • managing job applications and data
  • generating potential job leads and HR contacts for sales representatives to follow up on
  • preparing marketing material including newsletters and banners
  • assisting with general admin
  • writing and editing job adverts
  • scheduling posts on Dezeen Job’ social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn)
  • attending industry events to promote Dezeen Jobs and build contacts

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, meticulous with detail and results-driven. We want someone who is able to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A key understanding of and/or interest in the architecture and design industry, or previous experience in the recruitment industry will be an advantage.

A high standard of written and spoken English is essential. A foreign language would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is a full-time position and the role would suit a recent graduate.

Dezeen offers flexible working and a minimum of 25 days of annual holidays plus public holidays.
