Senior interior designer/associate
A vacancy for a senior interior designer/associate is available at Fletcher Priest Architects in London.
Fletcher Priest Architects is an award-winning practice based in central London. We work on a wide range of fascinating projects at a variety of scales. We place a lot of emphasis on research and we aim to set new standards with everything we do.
We are now working on some ground-breaking Interiors projects. We are looking for senior interior designer/associate to join our Interiors team, to be able to lead and mentor other staff members.
You must have:
- knowledge of the industry
- commercial workplace experience, additional residential experience would be ideal
- ability to work under own initiative and as an integral part of the team with a great design talent
- ability to run projects and mentor the team
- technical experience. e.g. tender packages, schedules and specifications coordination with other consultants, site liaison
- willing to engage in business development
- at least seven years UK experience
- mainly commercial sector. Ideally candidate will also have some retail and residential experience
- eligibility to work in the UK
- ability to run projects and work within team. Must have UK experience
- advanced software knowledge of AutoCAD Sketchup, Illustrator or InDesign ,Photoshop and any other 3D programme.
The role requires a creative individual with a calm management style and the ability to run multiple projects and balance shifting priorities. A strong technical and project delivery skill-set is essential, but more importantly you will need a flexible, adaptable approach and excellent client relationship management skills.

Salary: 45k – 50k for senior interior designer and 55k for an associate level
