Technical delivery architect
Cousins & Cousins is looking for an experienced technical delivery architect to join its team in London on a short term contract.
We’re looking for a very competent technician/architect for a c.three month contract period to assist one of our associates with the delivery of a large private house and basement spa project which is on site in west London.
Immediate start.
Build value c.£10m traditional JCT contract.
Candidate must be Microstation proficient, and have had several years experience in refined high-end resi construction level detailing, coordination and delivery working in the super prime residential sector.
Project is complex and fast paced, and requires a focused methodical and technically competent person. Salary commediante with experience, and nature of contract.
