Visualiser/graphic designer

Cousins & Cousins is looking for a visualiser/graphic designer to join its firm in London.
We are looking for a talented and motivated architectural visualiser and graphic designer to work in collaboration with our architectural teams to produce high-quality 2D/3D imagery, graphical output and digital content.
Ideal applicants should have a good understanding of 3D space as material, atmosphere, light and narrative. Applicants should show a creative passion for architectural representation. This individual should have a diverse interest in design and a strong ability to creatively solve complex spacial problems.
Candidates must have:
- experience of producing high-quality CGI images
- strong knowledge of 3ds Max, Rhino, SketchUp, V-Ray (or other relevant software)
- exceptional Photoshop and Illustrator skills, with a keen eye for artistic detail, composition and design
- experience of producing animations
- capability to manage deadlines both individually and as part of a team
- excellent graphic, presentation and team-working skills
- an architectural or interior design background
- excellent design skills
- an ability to prioritise work and manage your own time
- a creative flair, originality, imagination and a strong visual sense
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- professional attitude with ability to meet deadlines and to multi-task
- pro-active approach
Graphic design responsibilities:
- designing and producing exceptional quality printed project brochures, competition and award submissions
- designing and producing screen presentations incorporating animation, film and effects
- evolving the existing set of graphic guidelines and templates and acting as brand guardian
- supporting the new business team preparing bids and proposals in order to ensure the highest standard of bid submission and portfolio material
- managing the print production process, determining paper stocks, print processes and binding techniques, and ensuring all deliverables are on time and budget
- supporting project teams with end of stage reports, screen presentations and panel design
- retouching images using Adobe Photoshop
- modifying drawings and diagrams using Adobe Illustrator
- setting up and maintaining a database of photographic images
- proofreading and editing the work of others
- sharing expertise with others providing training sessions on InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator
- other duties commensurate with this role that may be required from time to time
It would also be beneficial to have:
- working knowledge of CAD software
- interest in photography, graphic design
- experience of making short films
- qualified to RIBA Part 1, Part 2 or equivalent overseas qualification
