White Arkitekter has an opportunity for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its office in London.
White Arkitekter is an interdisciplinary practice for architecture, urban design, landscape architecture and interior design. Embedded in our work is a commitment to sustainability in all its forms, underpinned by practice-based research. As a collective of 900 employees organised in networks across 13 offices in Sweden, Norway and the United Kingdom, we work with clients, communities and consultants to create inclusive, resilient architecture that inspires sustainable ways of life.
The London studio has been open for over four years and has already developed award-winning projects with a focus on urban design, landscape and residential architecture.
We are now seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Part 2 architectural assistant to join our growing studio.
To be successful in this position we need you to be a good communicator with a friendly, approachable personality and a positive multi-tasking attitude.
Requirements:
- minimum one-year experience in practice
- working knowledge and experience of UK-based residential design at RIBA Stages 1 to 3
- experience of Revit in practice is essential
- skills in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe packages advantageous
- excellent design skills
- friendly and creative attitude and open-minded approach to working methods
- eligible to work in the UK
- confident, with good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
