Architect/interior architect/architectural assistant
Stuart Forbes Associates is looking for an architect/interior architect/architectural assistant to join its practice in London.
We are looking for an architect, interior architect and architectural assistants — minimum five years professional experience and with experience detailing and constructing buildings with close attention to detail and a strong awareness of building and material technologies.
Candidates should be able to manage other team members successfully and coherently. They will be expected to liaise directly with the company directors, consultants and contractors through all stages of a project and be responsible for project administration, reporting and coordination.
We require someone:
- who is engaging, proactive and conscientious
- who has a strong portfolio of technical detailing, on-site experience and delivery of a project
- who has excellent attention to detail and a readiness innovate and take ownership
- with a high level of communication skills – oral, written and presentation
- fully competent in Microstation is a necessity
- 3D modeling software e.g. Revit and hand sketching ability is a priority
