BTL Property is hiring an architect to join its office in Wimbledon, UK.

BTL Property is a highly successful design and build company that has an opportunity, with an immediate start, for an experienced architect (RIBA/ARB-affiliated) to join its firm in southwest London.

What we expect from you:

• to lead the architectural team, in collaboration with a senior interior designer, on residential and high end residential projects, across all RIBA stages
• effective and efficient management of all projects
• provide oversight over all the architectural teams projects
• liaison with third parties throughout the project
• deliver design projects on time and on budget
• develop and mentor its team members

Essential skill requirements:

• qualified Part 3 architect
• RIBA/ARB-affiliated
• experience of managing a team
• strong technical and construction detailing
• experience with the London residential refurbishment sector
• experience with planning and the local boroughs of southwest London
• high level of proficiency within AutoCAD
• fluent in Microsoft Office applications
• fluent in written and spoken English
• full EU driving license and comfortable driving around London
