Steelcase is looking for an industrial design intern to join its team in Munich, Germany.

For our design studio in the Learning and Innovation Center in Munich, we are looking for a competent and ambitious product design working student/intern.
What you will do:
- navigate your way through a design question by conducting research, asking questions, and exploring solutions
- develop your own opinions and thoughtfully share them with the team
- explore new concepts through sketching and building quick prototypes
- assist designers in project tasks, such as documenting projects, building physical and digital models, and preparing for presentations
- build relationships with engineers, project managers, and marketers to learn how to implement ideas into real products
Who you are:
- naturally curious and empathetic – you like to learn
- able to work in teams and to achieve individual tasks with little to no supervision
- good communicator – able to express yourself clearly through words and drawings
- comfortable sharing viewpoints with others
- you have ideas and like to build them – you enjoy making things with your hands
- comfortable with using or learning new software (e.g SketchUp, Autodesk Fusion, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Docs)
- good knowledge of English
- you enjoy and seek out multicultural working environments
- you are also a nice person
