LXA is looking for a marketing/business development coordinator to join its team in London.

We design and manage innovative projects from our offices in London, Dubai and India. Our global portfolio has been established through strong working relationships with many of the world’s leading brands and organisations along with many high-profile private clients. Last year we moved to amazing new riverside offices at London Bridge that we share with our partners at Secret Boxing Gym and To Live Better Café.
We are looking for a marketing/business development coordinator to join our London office. In this role, you will work closely with the directors to find, pursue and administer ways to present and promote our business. Your goal will be to market LXA to the most exciting brands, clients and projects in the UK, Middle East and beyond; with a particular focus on the hospitality, fitness and leisure, education, commercial and residential sectors.
Responsibilities:
- create leads; organise and attend meetings and pitches (often with the directors)
- coordinate the presentations and pitch documents that are required thereafter
- create and lead the LXA social media strategy
- assist with the LXA marketing/PR strategy once you begin to understand our culture, and what we offer
What we are looking for in you
To do all of this you will be organised, well-presented, confident and proactive. You will have a minimum of two-four years’ experience in a business development or sales environment.
You will be a creative spirit with a proactive, assertive, ‘can-do’ and agile attitude. You will be naturally confident and have a track record of working in ambitious companies and, ideally, have an eye for design and an interest in building and interior projects. We will teach you InDesign presentation skills if you don’t have them. You will be a brilliant writer. You won’t be afraid of working hard in pursuit of a big vision.
You’ll be as comfortable working on a flight to Dubai as you would be in our cafe. You’ll enjoy the cut and thrust of developing and implementing a campaign in the Middle East and then high-tailing it back to London for the next challenge.
