Kvadrat is seeking a head of consumer marketing to join its team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We are looking for a passionate head of consumer marketing who will lead and drive all marketing initiatives within the consumers segment in the Kvadrat Group. Our consumer segment focusses both of retailers and end-consumers.
Job description
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the consumer marketing strategy and activities, following the group strategy in collaboration with the SVP marketing and VP consumers.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- developing and executing engaging and commercial marketing strategy and activities to drive sales both with retailers and end-consumers for all our retail brands
- develop yearly marketing activity plan and budget administration for our retail brands Sahco, Kinnasand, Kvadrat/Raf Simons and our rugs
- collaborate with the head of communication and PR to create effective and differentiating social media strategies and influencer collaborations targeted to reach end-consumers
- participating in consumers segment meetings and prepare and present all marketing related updates
- working closely and collaborate with the VP consumers to ensure that strategic road-map related activities are delivered
- building relations and drive joint marketing plans with our most important dealers
- gather business intelligence from the key accounts in the segment – Be 100% close to the customers’ expectations and needs
- make and report on the segment scorecard together with the VP consumers
- part of the marketing leadership
- people management of three marketing coordinators
In general, you will be working on projects with logistics, quality, product development, HR, sustainability, IT and customer service. You will report to the senior vice president marketing.
Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate, hands-on marketer who knows how to connect with the end consumer and develop and implement engaging marketing communication concepts, realising the sales goals. You are a team player, highly motivated, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects and to meet tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate has a master’s degree and a minimum six-eight years of international working experience in marketing in either fashion or design. You are an excellent communicator and you have strong writing and editing skills. High level of oral and written German is a pré.
English is our corporate language and we expect you to be able to communicate fluently in both oral and written English.
You will work from our showroom in Copenhagen, alternatively our headquarters in Ebeltoft.
