Architects/Part 2 architectural assistants

Studio Carver is looking for architects or experienced Part 2 architectural assistants to join its team in London.
Studio Carver is a young, up-and-coming, architectural design practice. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Part 2 architectural assistant and a qualified architect with one-three years’ post-Part 3 experience.
Successful applicants should be passionate about architecture and good design but also pragmatic, versatile and demonstrate a willingness to assist in all aspects of a small practice environment.
Responsibilities will entail full project running activities, including client liaison, correspondence with planning officers, local authorities, contractors and third-party consultants. The candidate must be passionate, independent and a motivated designer.
Applicants should demonstrate:
- experience in high-end residential projects/developer-led housing schemes
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- good time management and organisational skills
- good writing and research skills
- experience working on tender and construction drawing packages
- strong Vectorworks, SketchUp and Photoshop skills essential/rendering software advantageous
- current eligibility to work in the UK
