RAD is seeking an architect to join its firm in Hong Kong, China.
RAD is a planning, architecture and design firm. The office sets out to redefine new architecture and urbanism for emerging cities in Asia. Recognising the sociocultural matrix in which it operates, the office incorporates the global nature of its urban architectural experiences to develop new contemporary Asian urban planning and architectural approaches.
RAD offers planning, architecture and interior design to our clients. Our design direction is based on clearly defined, well researched, original and distinctive concepts. RAD has a team of architects, urban planners, interior designers and media researchers of multinational origin.
Requirements:
- bachelor/master degree in architecture
- registered architect, member of HKIA or local professional institute
- minimum 10 years’ project management experience in architecture or design office
- good experience in detail design and development
- excellent communication skills, self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in English and Putonghua, fluency in another Asian language is an asset
- willing to travel overseas when required
- assistant project architect will be considered for a candidate with lesser qualification/experience
- design architect will be considered if candidate indicates preference
