Neil Choudhury Architects is hiring a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in Brighton.
Neil Choudhury Architects require a Part 2 to join our friendly, design-led practice located in Brighton’s vibrant North Laine and a few minutes from the sea.
We are a small practice, so the role is varied, and it is important that you are confident at all RIBA work stages and eager to run your own projects. The practice specialises in contemporary one-off houses, residential new build and refurbishment and also commercial and leisure projects on the South Coast. You would be engaged on a variety of projects of varying scales and at different stages of design/construction.
We work five days a week from our spacious studio.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Must like the office dog.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated architectural assistant with the following skills and experience:
- team player
- two years’ UK experience
- a strong design portfoli
- superior drawing presentation skills
- detail orientated
- good technical and detailing skills
- confident, outgoing
- excellent written and spoken English
- proficiency in Autocad
- experience of 3D modelling
- must be eligible to work in the UK and start employment with immediate effect
