Architecture Initiative is seeking a Part 1 architectural assistant to join its central London studio.
Architecture Initiative is a multi-award-winning, design-focused architectural studio, working across a broad range of residential, education, and mixed-use projects both in London and the rest of the UK.
We’re looking for a keen, confident, and talented Part 1 assistant to join the team.
We create places that matter and through architecture seek to tackle some of society’s biggest challenges. Our approach is designing intelligent buildings that complement their locality, respond to the needs of the community and stand the test of time.
We believe that architecture shouldn’t just be about buildings but about place and cultivating a sense of belonging. We pride ourselves on thinking differently and leading by example. Our expertise lies in responding to our client’s needs with inspiring, considered, and collaborative schemes. We aren’t afraid of questioning conformity when it leads to a positive change.

During Covid, we’ve been working remotely but will be moving back to the studio as soon as we can – in line with government guidance. This role is studio-based.
