Stern McCafferty is seeking an architect or designer with a passion for design and experience developing bidding and construction documents for single-family residential projects. Candidates will be part of a design team and should expect to be responsible for organising construction documents, coordinating the work of consultants and collaborators, researching products and material systems and performing construction administration. Licensure is not required.
Candidate requirements:
- minimum of five years’ experience in an architecture office
- skilled in design, project management and construction technology
- self-motivated, independent and energetic
- detail oriented and thorough
- strong graphic abilities and communication skills
- experience developing working drawings
- proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Office and SketchUp
