Architect assistant internship
at RiSE International
RiSE International is seeking an architect assistant on a three-month paid internship to join its team in Prague, Czech Republic.
RiSE International is a social enterprise that has been accessing Erasmus Plus and Turing Scheme funding to provide young people with fully-funded internships across Europe, since 2010. Some examples of past internship opportunities are available here.
We currently have four, fully funded, 12 week internship opportunities within several different architecture studios, located in Prague. The internships will start on the week commencing 17 April 2023.
Tasks and duties vary at each studio and include:
- design and concept preparation
- sketching
- modelling
- research and analysis
- case study development
- general assistance
Knowledge of architecture/design/urbanism at degree level is essential.
Working with our local partner Square One, who will be your key point of contact in Prague, we will arrange a Skype interview with the hosting studios in Prague (Moba Studios, ASGK Design, Under-Construction Architects or the Centre for Central European Architecture) in order to match you to the most appropriate internship.
This internship is funded by the UK government’s Turing Scheme; the funding will provide you with return flights to Prague, airport transfers, travel insurance, accommodation (a shared apartment with three other interns) and a living allowance of €150 per week.
