Richstone Properties is seeking an experienced Part 2 with classical/heritage detailing experience to join its team in London.

Reporting to the head of design, the successful candidate will have at least five years of professional experience within the UK and ideally within the high-end residential/heritage sector. You will be working in a small close-knit team, assisting principally on two projects through RIBA Work Stages 3-6: on the design and heritage architectural detailing of a large private residential development, including Listed buildings with a focus on Conservation as well as the construction packages of a series of ancillary outbuildings.
You should have a strong design eye and demonstrate excellent co-ordination, technical and presentation skills.
