Role: residential architect/technologist
About the role
An experienced architect/technician with specific experience in working on and leading up residential projects is required to join a small architecture practice. Working from home but living within the north east (part-time applicants will be considered) the applicant must be self-motivated to complete projects from brief development through to completion of full technical/construction drawing packages in a timely but precise manner. Any applicant must have excellent knowledge of REVIT and local planning and building control regulations. Applicants will liaise directly with the client and so good interpersonal skills, and an outgoing nature is a must.
