Part-II assistant/Part-III architect
at OEB Architects
OEB architects is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Part-II or newly qualified Part-III to join its London team.
Previous experience should include a substantial amount of detailing and coordination work and knowledge of the building regulations, together with excellent design, communication and organisational skills. Vectorworks and Adobe CS are required, and strong hand-drawing and model making skills are also highly beneficial. You should also be fluent in English.
OEB is a newly formed practice with a small team currently undertaking a mixture of residential, commercial and community projects in and around London.
The position would start as soon as possible, be temporary/ freelance at first, with the hope that it would continue to a permanent position. Salary is dependent on experience.
