Business development project manager

Super Geometry Architects is seeking a business development project manager to join its team in Hong Kong.
The BD project manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of a set of strategic projects within our BD team. You will provide support in all business developments within mainland China and Asia Pacific.
The suitable candidate will have strong business development and project management skills, over twenty years of experiences in construction related industry in Asia is preferable.
Main responsibilities:
- manage mixed-use projects
- support the development of the company’s visions, expand company profile into mainland China and Asia Pacific
- work with the leadership group to help develop and implement our overall strategy in ways that support the delivery of our wider business objectives, builds the reputation and profile of our practice and reflects the full breadth and depth of our work and sector expertise
Relevant skills and experience:
- fluent in Mandarin and English
- large-scale projects developing experiences
- MBA or management related degree required
- legal related knowledge or degree preferred
- strong project management skills, including management of the clients
- strong affinity for and experience of creating, commissioning, appraising
- strong knowledge of and interest in architecture and design
- collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a busy creative environment
- a strategic outlook
- experience of working effectively with a range of senior colleagues
- comfortable making decisions and taking the initiative
- able to juggle long and short-term deadlines in a dynamic working environment
