Nicolich Design is seeking an architect and/or engineer to join its team in Verona, Italy.
Nicolich Design is a creative studio that deals with architecture, interior design and product design. Nicolich Design Studio is looking for an architect and/or an engineer with a minimum of five years’ experience in architectural design to coordinate and follow projects on an average scale regarding buildings, offices and services from the preliminary stage to the construction phase.
The role involves:
- the development of architectural projects on different phases
- the supervision of the construction site
- the drafting and management of administrative procedures
- the ability to cooperate with suppliers and to interface with engineers and external consultants
- the ability to draw up price quotations and to verify material lists
- the organisation and management of the process
Requirements:
- excellent knowledge of Office
- knowledge of design products
- excellent knowledge of architectural software such as Archicad, Autocad and Adobe Suite
- teamwork attitude and passion for the role
- to be registered with a VAT number
The wage is going to be established according to the candidate’s profile.
