KASKON is seeking an architectural designer/buyer to join its team in Kent, UK.
Candidates should have experience working in the construction sector. Familiarity with the fundamentals of the building process, site locating, understanding architectural plans, practical and creative design, awareness of different lifestyles etc.
They will be working with the company director and project manager, communication skills are paramount, so proficiency with the English language is needed.
They will be sourcing materials specific to the building projects in hand, liaising with various consultants, the candidate should have good negotiating skills.
IT skills are also relevant.
Salary
£15-25,000 per annum – accommodation can be provided depending on the request, this will be reflected in the salary.
