5plus is seeking a BIM manager to join its Manchester and London studios.
5plus is a creative studio encompassing architecture, masterplanning, interiors, graphics and branding. We have offices in Manchester and London and are recruiting for a BIM manager to assist both locations, but be mainly based in the Manchester studio.
This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced BIM Manager to join this creative design studio to assist on the delivery of projects within a BIM environment across the practice, utilising Revit, Solibri and visualisation software. You will have demonstrable experience in the delivery of large residential and commercial projects and be able to assist with the development of practice capability and output to BIM level 2. You will preferably have 5+ years of either supporting a BIM manager and be looking for the next challenge or already be a BIM manager looking for a new role.
