Stefano Boeri Architetti is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on French-speaking senior architect to join its office in Milan.

Due to its work, Stefano Boeri Architetti has acquired a strongly defined identity and become a point of reference for biodiversity and sustainable architecture, social housing, strategic urban development at different scales, at an Italian and International level.

The successful candidate will be a talented architect, with more than five years’ job experience in France or abroad but with a good understanding of French project management. She/he will be conversant with architectural and construction drawings and have an aptitude to work at all project stages from concept design through detailed design and tender packages.

She/he will work on a variety of projects, independently or within a team, under the remote guidance of the design director responsible for our projects in France. Her/his mother tongue will be French or she/he will be proficient in spoken and written French, with an excellent level of English and great communication skills.

Requirements:

• master’s degree in architecture, urban planning, design or other relevant fields
• more than five years’ post-graduate work experience in architecture in France or in French Switzerland
• strong conceptual and design talent
• possess excellent project management, client and consultant coordination together with people-management skills
• strong experience in all design stages, from concept design to construction drawings
• a passion for design, enthusiasm and self-motivation with a strong work ethic
• excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• strong technical and graphic skills
• solid Revit experience
• proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suit
• experience with public tender submissions is considered an asset
• deep understanding of Stefano Boeri Architetti’s work and the capability to execute its design intentions through the various stages to completion
• proficiency in verbal and written communication in French
• Italian and any other language is considered an asset
• availability for work travels
