Part 3 architect
at SWAP
SWAP is looking for a recently qualified Part 3 architect (or CIAT equivalent) to join its London studio.
As a research-based and process-driven design practice with a focus on social architecture, we are working on a number of innovative education and residential schemes, and looking for an individual with an inquiring and challenging mind who will enjoy working with us across all project stages. We believe in exploring and communicating ideas through a range of digital and physical media, such as sketches, drawing, model-making and visualisation, which are all an intrinsic part of our studio’s design processes.
The person we’d like to see join our team would ideally have the following skills/attributes:
- proficiency in Revit and/or ArchiCAD
- experience of working in a collaborative BIM environment
- Proficiency in Rhino is desirable
- proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- positive attitude and outlook on teamwork/collaborative working
- desire to actively learn and develop your skills
- excellent written and spoken English
- ability to live and work in the UK
