Ashman Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in Peterborough, UK.
We have a wonderful opportunity for a passionate and proactive Part 2 architectural assistant to join our Peterborough based studio with the opportunity of flexible, remote-working.
You will have the chance to quickly progress and develop your skills with support and guidance from our tight-knit team of talented and experienced architects. Amongst others, you will have the opportunity to work on bespoke one-off homes in beautiful countryside locations, rural diversification projects for discerning landowners, and mixed-use developments in London and Cambridgeshire.

Requirements:
- a passion for architecture with a strong design sensibility
- enjoy visualising, illustrating and visually communicating ideas
- good hand-sketching skills a plus
- proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp and InDesign essential
- experience producing general arrangement drawings
- good communication and organisation skills
- thoroughness and strong attention to detail
- commercial fit-out experience beneficial
- proactive attitude
- fluent in English (verbally and written)
- ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- recognised Part 2 degree or equivalent
- right to work in the UK
