DBOX, client director
Our ideal candidate will be confident, personable, detail-orientated, strategic and proactive with an interest in architecture, places and culture. They will offer at least five years of experience in a creative agency environment with the ability to showcase strong expertise of reacting to and determining client needs.
They will work well alongside our global leadership and become part of, and ideally enhance, our global culture; coupled with a person who is eager to learn from and be inspired by DBOX’s multidisciplinary team.
Your responsibilities:
- point of contact for clients and their project stakeholders
- maintain and develop potential, existing and legacy client relationships
- communicate daily with active clients
- manage clients across multiple time zones, including: China, Europe and the USA
- ability and willingness to travel internationally
- translate client expectations and brief the creative team accordingly
- provide diplomatic interventions
- attain positive reviews from clients
- lead and guide projects alongside the company leadership
- assist the project direction team
- oversee project initiation and briefings
- oversee third party budgets
- oversee and advise on project process
- offer strategic guidance to both the creative and leadership teams
- initiate, manage and develop potential client relationships
- develop meaningful and lucrative solutions and new business opportunities
- conduct negotiations
- prepare and review agency presentations
- arrange and attend client meetings & calls
- provide ad hoc admin support & internal management
- monitor and manage account finances and profitability
- guide invoicing and assist the Accounts and Operations teams
- develop and attain accurate quarterly and annual revenue forecasts
- review and configure service fees
