3XN is seeking an architect to join its team in Sydney, Australia.

Research and exploration is essential to our design process as it allows us to push the boundaries of both aesthetics and functionality. We see our work as a continued series of ideas with each project building on the previous, allowing us to constantly evolve and develop our perception and approach of design.
3XN is looking for a talented architect/designer to join our studio in Sydney – starting date as soon as possible. You will be working with our local and internationally based team on various Australasian projects within an innovative, design oriented, fast paced environment. The culture at 3XN is collaborative, creative, and founded on Scandinavian values and design thinking.
Requirements:
- must be Australian based, or willing to move to Sydney (and eligible for working in Australia)
- five to ten years’ experience in creative, design focused architecture studio(s)
- bachelor or master degree in architecture
- possess a strong design aptitude
- contribute to the delivery of projects at different phases
- solid technical knowledge and ability to detail
- excellent coordination and communication skills
- proficiency with Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite – and preferably Grasshopper and Dynamo
- you must be a team player, self-directed and highly motivated
- candidates must feel comfortable in a creative and dynamic environment
- have a strong work ethic, but a “team first” mentality
- dluency in written and spoken English
