Greenway Architects is looking to employ a new office manager to join its friendly team of designers located in London.
Officer Manager for Greenway Architects
Based in a fantastic studio environment we offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which to work.
Job description:
- experience in architecture or design industry preferred
- have an organised outlook and be presentable
- practical understanding of administration tasks
- you will be an excellent communicator, client facing, as the role will require front of house duties and offering refreshments to clients and visitors
- managing stationary and other office supplies
- travel and courier booking
- assisting with the Studio library
Skills and experience necessary:
- knowledge in Microsoft Office is essential for this role, proficiency in Photoshop also preferred
- must have minimum two years’ experience in this type of role
- knowledge/interest of architecture and design preferable
- candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
