Philicima Design Studios is seeking a senior interior designer m/f/d to join its team in Munich or Kitzbühel.

The design of our properties is shaped by our internal team, Philicima Design Studios, based in Kitzbühel (AT) and Munich (DE).
As a senior interior designer at Philicima Design Studios, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects from concept stage through to completion and become part of a dynamic, passionate team.
Key responsibilities
- you will be part of a brand that is at the forefront of designing and building luxury homes
- you will be part of a holistic design process, seeing projects from concept stage to completion
- this will be carried out through initial design sketches, 2D and 3D concepts and the production of full sets of construction drawings in ArchiCAD, focusing on both the interior and the exterior of each home
- you will be involved in choosing materials and FF&E for various projects
- as part of a larger planning team of both internal and external designers and architects you will be responsible for the experiences, we provide to future owners of our homes
What we expect
- academic degree in architecture or interior design and relevant professional experience of minimum two years
- proficiency in CAD software (preferably ArchiCad) and freehand sketching
- strong interest in taking design responsibility for individual development projects in the framework of a design brand
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in German and in English
- profound creative skills as well as structured planning abilities
- commitment to work efficiently as a team player with the dedication of creating inspirational sublime living experiences
