Jenny Allan Design is seeking an architect or interior architect to join its team in London, UK.
Jenny Allan Design, an award-winning boutique interior design studio based in London is looking for a Part 3 qualified architect with five+ years experience in UK prime residential property design, specialising in high end interior architecture.
The candidate will be required to:
- to lead a number of projects at varying stages – working alongside the director
- have excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of 3DS Max and Vray would be very beneficial)
- be able to prepare detailed sections, elevations, GA’s and RCP’s as well as detailed specification packages. This will include bathrooms, kitchens and bespoke joinery
- have excellent knowledge of UK planning, Listed building and building control procedure
- have a full UK driving licence and their own car to travel to site visits, some of which are outside of London
- · Have a brilliant can-do attitude
- · Be enthusiastic and have a flexible approach to their work
- · Work well within a small team and with other industry professionals
- · Have an impeccable attention to detail in their work
