Job requirements:
- goal: comprehensive aesthetic ability in both life and work, and the persistance of pursuing the perfection in details
- Education background: college degree or above, major in architecture or related; relevant professional design experience and graphic design experience will be considered
- design ability: hand sketch ability and communication skills
- software: familiar with office, CAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Rhino and other common softwares
- research: collect city and building information
- salary: a formal work contract will be provided after probation period.
Additional requirements for international assistant architects:
- Intellection: fast learner and able to adapt to Chinese customer values and thinking habits
- interest: fond of oriental culture (mainly Chinese, as well as Japanese, southeast Asian and Indian cultures) and modern design concepts
- laws and regulations: fast learner and be able to adapt to the basic laws and regulations of construction in China
- quality supervision: cooperate and supervise the design of cooperative party, guide and supervise the construction quality on site
Responsibilities:
- communication: assist project architect to communicate design requirements with customers, and assist in presentation meetings
- design: complete the sub project or partial program design based on overall concept
- work: project analysis, hand drawing and PowerPoint presentation design, development and verification of 3D software for design, such as SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper and final drawing AutoCAD
- quality supervision: cooperate and supervise the design of cooperative party, guide and supervise the construction quality on site
- detail design: detail decomposition design, material research study, processing technics, cost and the related informations
- research: a leading conclusion of urban and architecture on base of related search
