MY Fab is seeking a design coordinator to join its team in London.

Construction company servicing the building and construction sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with interest to recruit freelance professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, profitable, owner managed business based in North West London operating across the UK. The goal is to find architects, M&E draftsman and design coordinator for projects in and around London area. The successful candidate will have a building and construction background.

Job responsibilities:

• reports to design manager, assist in design preparation and submission for materials, construction methods and shop drawings
• coordination with the architect, structural design team and M&E design team to resolve discrepancies issue and technical issues
• progress report for architectural works
• plan, monitor and report shop drawing production progress
• handle project supervision and documentation
• any ad-hoc duties as assigned
