Cresco Capital Group is looking for a project manager to join its team in Berlin, Germany.
The Cresco Capital Group is a privately-held investment company established in 2006 that focuses on the development of exceptional, high-quality and design-oriented real estate concepts. Cresco Projektentwicklungs GmbH, headquartered in Berlin, is the project development platform of the Cresco Capital Group. The company was founded to develop unique hotel and micro-residential projects in German-speaking countries. We are an interdisciplinary team with many years of experience and creative and unconventional work.
For development we are looking for you as an experienced project manager or project controller in project development with extensive knowledge in the management and coordination of challenging projects.
Projektmanager/in the field of project development:
- full-time with permanent position in Berlin
Your tasks as client representative:
- self-directed control and overall management of the projects from concept development to opening
- communicative and executive support of a German/English-speaking team
- controlling and monitoring the project goals design, qualities, deadlines and budgets
- collaborate on developing new projects
- coordinate and discuss with users, architects, interior designers, engineering planners, and executive trades
- create, align, and track timelines in the form of Milestones and Excel spreadsheets
- get quotes, prepare for comparisons, pricing negotiations
- responsibility for controlling the budget
Your profile:
- you have successfully completed your studies as an architect or civil engineer and have at least three years of professional experience in project management or project management You are a reliable, smart, quick-witted, team player and responsible
- you are a creative and communicative organisational talent, with a high level of dedication and dedication
- you are solution-oriented, forward-looking and remain calm and confident in difficult situations
- you own very good knowledge of German and English
- you have very good Microsoft Office knowledge
