Part 2 architectural assistant

Nissen Richards Studio is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
We are looking for a Part 2 to join our busy London office.
Nissen Richards Studio is an award winning design based studio, that has a specialism in cultural projects and housing.
We evolved from a collaboration between architecture and theatre design. Today, we are a multidisciplinary practice that works across architecture, exhibitions, graphic design, theatre, story-telling, film and animation. At its core, our work is about creating spaces that stimulate experiences.
Having a broad range of skills and expertise gives us the flexibility to work across varied projects, from small scale experimental theatre designs, exhibitions and architecture commissions, to large scale residential, commercial and cultural buildings. We have a thirst for excellence and a curiosity of the world that translates to beautifully crafted spaces for people to experience, feel and enjoy; and how architecture makes a difference – how through good design, and technical excellence, we can add to people’s lives.
We are looking for talented designers, who:
• are a team player and happy to both collaborate and take instruction
• are proficient in CAD preferably Vectorworks, Rhinoceros 3D, V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
• are an excellent designer, with a passion for drawing and building
• have an interest in the arts and housing
• have excellent creative and visualisation skills
• are a strong communicator
• embrace a variety of roles and responsibilities within the team
• are willing to learn and adapt
• are motivated and able to work autonomously if needed
• are positive in attitude and enjoy a studio atmosphere
