Kvadrat is seeking a marketing coordinator to join its team in Copenhagen.

For our office in Copenhagen, we are looking for a marketing coordinator to drive, develop and implement all marketing activities (online and offline) for Sahco.
Responsibilities:
- driving and executing the Sahco marketing and communication activities in close collaboration with the head of consumers marketing
- development, ordering and handling of all Sahco marketing materials
- creation of a yearly Sahco content marketing calendar and development, updating and maintenance of content for the website, third party platforms and social media in close collaboration with social media responsible and key stakeholders
- coordination of photoshoots, fairs and events
- create and manage email marketing (Agillic marketing automation)
- coordinating press requests
- budget management
- coordination and communication of the sampling process for the sales team and for fairs and showrooms
- coordination of story text development and translation process
Your profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing coordinator with excellent project management skills. You are self-driven, a team player, highly motivated, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects and to meet tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or communication and a minimum of four years’ international working experience in marketing from either the fashion or design industry. You are an excellent communicator, and you have strong writing and editing skills – speaking and writing skills in German is an advantage.
English is our corporate language, and we expect you to be able to communicate fluently in both oral and written English.
You will work from the Kvadrat showroom and Sahco design studio in Copenhagen, and the job also requires some travelling to fairs and events and the Sahco headquarter in Nuremberg.
