Gerber Architekten is seeking a business development associate to join its team in Berlin.

The Berlin office of Gerber Architekten International is looking for a business development associate.

You should have an excellent command of Arabic language (possible a native speaker), as well as very good written and spoken English and ideally a knowledge of German.

Senior and junior candidates with key qualifications are encouraged to submit their applications.

Your key qualifications:

• MA/BA degree in architecture or business/business development (with affinity to architecture)
• a native Arabic speaker with excellent command of the English language – verbal and written, German is a plus
• minimum of three years professional experience as a BD in architecture (preferably) in Saudi Arabia with solid experience in acquisition and market research
• proven ability in CRM
• experience with negotiating contractual arrangements at international level
• hands-on approach and proactive
• negotiation drive and excellent communication skills
• high emotional intelligence and people skills
• skilled in InDesign, Illustrator, MS Office

Your key responsibility will be:

• business development and acquisitions for GERBER Architekten International
• market entry-growth and expansion strategies
• pre-qualifications, technical and financial bids
• client relation management and client contract
• sub-consultants management
• potential projects evaluation
• project tender and bid
• project scheduling & scope
• financial bids and fee negotiations
• report to business development director
