Architectural designer

Adjoin currently has an opportunity for a creative, multifaceted architectural designer to join its South London studio.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious architectural designer who will work on an exciting mix of high end residential refurbishment, extension, interior and one off homes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and design experience in delivering projects through from schematic development to construction with a grounded understanding of contemporary architectural and interior detailing.
We require someone with a resourceful, optimistic nature with great care and attention, open to all aspects of projects with a hands-on attitude.
Requirements:
- a proactive individual, highly organised, detail-orientated with excellent design presentation skills
- experience in schematic/detail design of high end architectural and interior projects
- experience creating drawing packages, including design intent and tender/construction.
- proficient in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up (or similar 3d modelling)
- proficient in producing rendered images. Physical model making skills are also very welcome
