Part 2 architectural assistant

Euroterra Capital is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Salary range: £28K-£30K
Euroterra Capital is a dynamic developer based in central London looking for a highly motivated architectural assistant to work in-house on our expanding portfolio of high-end residential projects.
We are looking for a creative architect with two years’ post-Part 2 experience to join our growing team and work across a number of residential projects.
Successful applicants should demonstrate a high level of design and working knowledge of construction and project delivery, ideally within the residential sector, together with the following experience/abilities:
- strong understanding of the planning system and building regulations
- have excellent knowledge of Autocad and/or Microstation, SketchUp and the Adobe Suite
- being able to work independently as well as willing to take on responsibility and develop new skills
